Hematologist Nina Shah discusses the treatment plan of a patient diagnosed with a smoldering multiple myeloma (MM). As the case progressed, the patient presented with a new L4 compression fracture and the diagnosis was updated to symptomatic multiple myeloma requiring therapy.
